If you follow wearying with an attack skill (eg harriers for cast time), the weakness if gone before the spear hits meaning u dont get the downside. However, if you DONT use a skill the weakness sticks.

Gogogo Harriers Attack or Spear of Lightning.

The weakness is removed before the spear hits so big damage is possible.
